We currently ship to all parts of Australia, using Australia Post.

Free contactless delivery to your letter box is available to customers in the Burnie and Somerset areas until 22nd December, 2023.

WHAT IS YOUR PROCESSING TIME?
Orders are dispatched between 1 and 3 business days after placing your order. 

WHAT ARE YOUR POSTAL CHARGES?
The following options are availabe at check out:

Standard (not tracked):          $4.00 AUD
Standard (with tracking):       $7.00  AUD
Express post (small parcel):   $14.10 AUD
Local delivery: (Burnie/Somerset areas only):  FREE (until 22/12/23)

HOW LONG WILL MY DELIVERY TAKE?
Next day delivery is available on local free delivery orders.

HOW WILL FREE DELIVERY WORK?
If you live in the Burnie or Somerset areas, I will drop your parcel off, at your letter box (until 22/12/23).

Please note that payment must be made via the website first. 

HOW WILL YOU PACKAGE MY ITEM(S)?
Products are wrapped in tissue paper,  and packaged in a small hard cardboard box. 

HELP! MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED!
Whilst I can not take responsibility for how your item(s) are handled by Australia Post, in the unlikey event your item or items arrive damaged, please contact me as soon as possible, so that I can make things right if I can. 

Should you experience any problems with your item, please also contact me as soon as possible.
